“Composing Worlds with Elephants” is an online conference that assembles a multi-disciplinary herd of scholars conducting ground-breaking research at the interface of human and elephant being. The event aims to further develop a multi-faceted approach to studying human-elephant relations, with panels encouraging presenters to engage in a cross-disciplinary discussion of each other’s work. The conference will also host several artists who explore this unique interspecies relationship.
